Verva tamamen çevrimdışı çalışır. Çektiğin video, fotoğraf ve ses dosyaları yalnızca cihazında kalır; bizim sunucularımıza gönderilmez.
1. Giriş
Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Lesmazer (Bireysel Geliştirici — Türkiye) tarafından geliştirilen Verva mobil uygulamasının kişisel verileri nasıl işlediğini açıklar. Verva; kısa dikey video oluşturma ve düzenleme uygulamasıdır — kamera ile çekim yapabilir, mevcut videolarınızı içe aktarabilir, zaman çizelgesinde kırpabilir ve dışa aktarabilirsiniz.
Temel gizlilik ilkemiz cihaz önceliklidir: kullanıcı içeriği sunucularımıza iletilmez, reklam için profil oluşturulmaz, üçüncü taraf izleme SDK'sı kullanılmaz. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu Gizlilik Politikası'nı kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
2. Cihazınızda Saklanan Veriler
Aşağıdaki veriler yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır ve bizim sunucularımıza gönderilmez:
Oluşturduğunuz ve düzenlediğiniz video projeleri ile zaman çizelgesi bilgileri
Kamera veya galeri üzerinden içe aktarılan video ve fotoğraf klipleri
Uygulama içinde kayıt yaptığınız ses ve seslendirme dosyaları
Dışa aktardığınız video dosyaları (galeri veya paylaşım yoluyla gönderilene dek cihazda kalır)
Otomatik kayıt: çalışırken proje durumu cihazınıza yerel olarak yazılır
Yumuşak silme (soft-delete): silinen projeler 30 günlük çöp kutusuna alınır; bu süre sonunda cihazdan otomatik kaldırılır

Video içeriğinize biz hiçbir zaman erişemeyiz.
3. Cihaz İzinleri
Her izin yalnızca belirtilen amaç için ve siz ilgili özelliği kullandığınızda istenir:

Tüm izinler isteğe bağlıdır. İzin vermezseniz ilgili özellik devre dışı kalır; uygulamanın geri kalanı çalışmaya devam eder. İzinleri dilediğiniz zaman iOS Ayarlar uygulaması üzerinden değiştirebilirsiniz.
4. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler
Verva yalnızca tek bir harici hizmet kullanır: RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., ABD). Bu hizmet, Pro abonelik durumunun doğrulanması için gereklidir.
RevenueCat'e iletilen bilgiler:
Apple App Store tarafından oluşturulan ve imzalanan satın alma kanıtı (Apple'ın kendi altyapısı aracılığıyla iletilir)
Kişisel bilgi içermeyen, rastgele oluşturulmuş anonim bir uygulama kullanıcı tanımlayıcısı (cihaz veya reklam kimliğinizle ilişkili değildir)
RevenueCat'e şunlar iletilmez: gerçek adınız, e-posta adresiniz, telefon numaranız, video veya ses içeriğiniz, konum bilginiz.
Ödeme altyapısı Apple App Store tarafından yönetilir; ödeme ayrıntılarınız (kart numarası, IBAN vb.) Verva'ya iletilmez. Apple abonelik yönetimi için Apple'ın kendi gizlilik politikası geçerlidir.
5. İzleme (Tracking) Yok
Verva reklam izlemesi yapmaz. Aşağıdakilerin hiçbiri kullanılmaz veya toplanmaz:
Reklam kimliği (IDFA) — toplanmaz
App Tracking Transparency izin penceresi — gösterilmez
Üçüncü taraf reklam ağı SDK'sı (Meta, Google, TikTok vb.) — kullanılmaz
Sosyal medya pikseli — bulunmaz
Analitik veya kullanıcı davranışı izleme servisi — kullanılmaz
Çökme raporlama servisi — kullanılmaz
6. Veri Güvenliği
Kullanıcı içeriği, Apple'ın uygulama korumalı alanı (sandbox) mekanizması sayesinde cihazınızda güvenli biçimde depolanır. Cihazınızda yapılandırılmış kilit ekranı ve disk şifrelemesi, video ve proje dosyalarınızı yetkisiz erişime karşı korur.
RevenueCat ile yapılan tüm iletişim şifreli bağlantı (HTTPS) üzerinden gerçekleştirilir.
Sunucularımız Verva kullanıcı içeriği (video, ses, fotoğraf) depolamaz; dolayısıyla sunucu taraflı bir içerik ihlali riski bulunmaz.
7. Veri Saklama ve Silme
Veriler siz silene kadar cihazınızda saklanır. Verilerinizi şu yollarla kontrol edebilirsiniz:
Proje bazlı silme: Her projeyi ayrı ayrı silebilir veya çöp kutusundan geri yükleyebilirsiniz (30 gün).
Tüm projeleri silme: Ayarlar > Tehlikeli Bölge > "Tüm Projeleri Sil" seçeneği tüm yerel içeriğinizi ve RevenueCat anonim kullanıcı tanımlayıcısını cihazdan kaldırır.
Uygulamayı kaldırma: Verva'yı cihazdan kaldırmanız, uygulamaya ait tüm yerel verileri de siler.
RevenueCat'in sunucu tarafındaki satın alma kayıtları, hizmet sözleşmesi gereği RevenueCat'in kendi veri saklama politikasına tabidir. Bu kayıtların da silinmesini talep etmek için contact@lesmazer.com adresine yazabilirsiniz; 30 gün içinde yanıt verilir.
Apple abonelik durumunuz Apple Kimliği > Abonelikler menüsü üzerinden yönetilir.
8. Kullanıcı Hakları (KVKK ve GDPR)
6698 sayılı KVKK ve AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) kapsamında aşağıdaki haklara sahipsiniz:
Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme ve buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme
Kişisel verilerinize erişim ve düzeltme talep etme
Kişisel verilerinizin silinmesini veya işlemenin kısıtlanmasını talep etme

Kişisel verilerinizin işlenmesine itiraz etme
AB/AEA kullanıcıları için ulusal veri koruma otoritesine şikayette bulunma (GDPR m. 77)
İçeriğinizin büyük bölümü cihazınızda olduğundan bu hakları doğrudan uygulama içinden kullanabilirsiniz. Ek bilgi için: contact@lesmazer.com. Talepler 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır.
Verva, GDPR madde 27(2)(a) uyarınca AB temsilcisi atama yükümlülüğünden muaftır: veri işleme faaliyetimiz "occasional" (münferit) niteliktedir, büyük ölçekli olarak özel kategori veri içermez ve doğal kişilerin hak ve özgürlükleri için risk taşımaz. Veri işleme akışımız tamamen cihaz üzerinde gerçekleşir; satın alma doğrulaması için yalnızca anonim kullanıcı tanımlayıcısı ve Apple makbuzu RevenueCat (ABD) sunucusuna gönderilir.
AB/AEA'da ikamet eden kullanıcılar veri koruma haklarını contact@lesmazer.com üzerinden veya kendi ülkelerinin veri koruma otoritesine başvurarak kullanabilir. Yetkili ulusal otoritelerin tam listesi: edpb.europa.eu.
9. Çocukların Gizliliği
Verva, 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik bir hizmet değildir; bilerek 13 yaş altı kişilerden kişisel veri toplamayız. App Store yaş sınıflandırması 4+ olsa da küçük çocukların uygulamayı bir ebeveyn veya vasi gözetiminde kullanması önerilir.
13 yaşın altında bir çocuğun veri ilettiğini öğrenirsek ilgili verileri derhal kaldırırız; lütfen contact@lesmazer.com aracılığıyla bize bildirin.
10. Politika Değişiklikleri
Bu Gizlilik Politikası zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Güncellemeler bu sayfada yayınlanır; "Son Güncelleme" tarihi değişir. Önemli değişiklikleri kaçırmamak için bu sayfayı periyodik olarak gözden geçirmeniz önerilir.
Verva works entirely offline. Your videos, photos and audio stay only on your device — they are never sent to our servers.
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how the Verva mobile application, developed by Lesmazer (Individual Developer — Türkiye), handles personal data. Verva is a short-form vertical video creation and editing app — you can record with the camera, import existing videos from your library, trim clips on the timeline and export the finished result.
Our core privacy principle is device-first: user content is never transmitted to our servers, no advertising profile is built, and no third-party tracking SDK is included. By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
2. Data Stored on Your Device
The following data is stored exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to our servers:
Video projects you create and edit, along with timeline information
Video and photo clips imported from the camera or your photo library
Audio and voiceover recordings made within the app
Exported video files (they remain on the device until you send them via the gallery or a share sheet)
Auto-save: project state is written locally to your device while you work
Soft-delete: removed projects are placed in a trash bin for 30 days, then automatically purged
App preferences and settings (local to the device)
We never have access to your video content.
3. Device Permissions
Each permission is requested only when you use the related feature, and used solely for its stated purpose:

All permissions are optional. Denying a permission disables the related feature while the rest of the app continues to work. You can change permissions at any time in the iOS Settings app.
4. Third-Party Services
Verva uses exactly one external service: RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., USA). This service is required to verify Pro subscription status.
Information transmitted to RevenueCat:
A purchase receipt generated and signed by Apple App Store (transmitted via Apple's own infrastructure)
A randomly generated, anonymous app user identifier that contains no personal information (not linked to your device or advertising identifier)
The following are never transmitted to RevenueCat: your real name, email address, phone number, video or audio content, or location.
Payment processing is handled by Apple App Store; your payment details (card numbers, bank accounts, etc.) are never transmitted to Verva. Apple's own privacy policy governs subscription management.
5. No Tracking
Verva does not perform advertising tracking. None of the following are used or collected:
Advertising identifier (IDFA) — not collected
App Tracking Transparency prompt — not shown
Third-party advertising network SDK (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) — not used
Social media pixel — none
Analytics or user-behaviour tracking service — not used
Crash-reporting service — not used
6. Data Security
User content is stored securely on your device within Apple's application sandbox, which prevents other apps from accessing it. Your device's lock screen and disk encryption protect video and project files from unauthorized access.
All communication with RevenueCat is conducted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
Our servers do not store Verva user content (video, audio, photos), which means there is no server-side content breach risk for your creative files.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Data is stored on your device until you delete it. You can manage your data in the following ways:
Per-project deletion: Delete individual projects or restore them from the trash within 30 days.
Delete all projects: Settings > Danger Zone > "Delete All Projects" removes all local content and the RevenueCat anonymous app user identifier from your device.
Uninstalling the app: Removing Verva from your device also deletes all locally stored app data.
RevenueCat's server-side purchase records are subject to RevenueCat's own data-retention policy under their service agreement. To request deletion of those records as well, write to contact@lesmazer.com — we will respond within 30 days.
Your Apple subscription is managed under Apple ID > Subscriptions.
8. User Rights (KVKK and GDPR)
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, No. 6698) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:
Right to know whether your personal data is being processed and to request information about it
Right to access and rectify your personal data
Right to request erasure of your personal data or restriction of its processing
Right to data portability
Right to object to the processing of your personal data
For EU/EEA users, the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (GDPR Art. 77)
Because the majority of your content is stored on your device, you can exercise many of these rights directly within the app. For additional requests: contact@lesmazer.com. Requests will be answered within 30 days.
Verva is exempt from the EU representative requirement under GDPR Article 27(2)(a): our data processing is "occasional" in nature, does not include large-scale processing of special category data, and does not pose a risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons. Data processing occurs entirely on the device; only an anonymous user identifier and Apple receipt are sent to RevenueCat (USA) for purchase verification.
Users residing in the EU/EEA may exercise their data protection rights by contacting contact@lesmazer.com or by lodging a complaint with their national data protection authority. Full list of competent authorities: edpb.europa.eu.
9. Children's Privacy
Verva is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. While the App Store age rating is 4+, young children are encouraged to use the app under parental supervision.
If we learn that a child under 13 has submitted personal data, we will delete it promptly. Please notify us at contact@lesmazer.com.
10. Policy Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be published on this page and the "Last Updated" date will be revised. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of material changes.
