1. Yaş Sınırlaması

Verva, App Store'da 4+ yaş sınıfındadır. 13 yaşın altındaki kullanıcıların uygulamayı ebeveyn veya yasal vasi gözetiminde kullanması önerilir. Ücretli Verva Pro aboneliğini satın almak için 18 yaşında olmanız ya da yasal velinin açık onayına sahip olmanız gereklidir.

2. Hizmet Tanımı

Verva, Lesmazer tarafından geliştirilen; iPhone ve iPad için (iOS 18 / iPadOS 18 ve üzeri) kısa video oluşturma ve düzenleme uygulamasıdır. Dikey (9:16), kare (1:1), 4:5 ve yatay (16:9) projelerle çalışır. Başlıca özellikler:

  • Kamera ile kayıt ve teleprompter; aynı anda dikey + yatay çift kayıt
  • Zaman çizelgesinde çok klipli düzenleme: kesme, bölme ve sıralama; birden fazla projeyi tek projede birleştirme
  • Hız ayarı, hız eğrileri ve akıcı yavaş çekim
  • Filtreler, efektler, geçişler ve renk düzeltme araçları
  • Metin ve etiket katmanları; anahtar kare animasyonu
  • Resim içinde resim (PIP) katmanları ve yeşil ekran (chroma key)
  • Müzik, seslendirme kaydı ve birden fazla ses parçası; müziğe göre vuruş işaretleme
  • 320'den fazla hazır şablon
  • Farklı en-boy oranı, çözünürlük ve kare hızında (24/30/60) dışa aktarım
  • Projeler, klasörler ve çöp kutusu

Tüm video düzenleme ve işleme cihazınızda yapılır; Verva videolarınızı ve projelerinizi hiçbir sunucuya yüklemez.

3. Abonelik ve Otomatik Yenileme

Verva Pro, isteğe bağlı ve otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir; aylık ve yıllık olmak üzere iki planla sunulur ve iki plan da aynı Pro özelliklerini açar. Fiyatlar, satın almadan önce Verva Pro ekranında bulunduğunuz ülkenin App Store fiyatıyla gösterilir.

  • Ödeme: Tüm satın almalar ve ödemeler Apple tarafından App Store üzerinden yürütülür; Verva ödeme bilgilerinizi (kart numarası vb.) hiçbir zaman almaz veya saklamaz. Ücret, satın almayı onayladığınızda Apple Hesabınızdan alınır; seçtiğiniz plan ücretsiz deneme içeriyorsa ve denemeye uygunsanız ücret deneme bitiminde alınır.
  • Ücretsiz deneme: Seçtiğiniz plan ücretsiz deneme içeriyorsa, denemenin süresi ve size sunulup sunulmadığı satın almadan önce Verva Pro ekranında gösterilir. Uygunluğu Apple belirler ve her Apple Hesabı aynı abonelik grubunda denemeyi yalnızca bir kez kullanabilir. Deneme bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmezseniz plan ücreti deneme bitiminde Apple Hesabınızdan alınır ve abonelik başlar.
  • Otomatik yenileme: Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece aynı süre için kendiliğinden yenilenir; yenileme ücreti, dönemin bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde Apple Hesabınızdan alınır.
  • İptal ve yönetim: Aboneliğinizi istediğiniz zaman iPhone veya iPad'inizde Ayarlar > [adınız] > Abonelikler bölümünden yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz. Pro etkinken Verva'da Ayarlar > Pro > Aboneliği Yönet'e dokunarak Apple'ın abonelik yönetim ekranını uygulamadan çıkmadan da açabilir, planınızı değiştirebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal ettiğinizde Pro özellikleri mevcut dönemin sonuna kadar açık kalır.
  • Fiyat değişikliği: Fiyat artışlarında Apple, kendi kurallarına göre sizi önceden bilgilendirir ya da onayınızı ister. Onayınız istendiği hâlde onay vermezseniz abonelik, eski fiyatla ödenen son dönemin sonunda sona erer; onay gerekmeyen durumlarda abonelik, bildirimden sonraki yenilemede yeni fiyatla yenilenir. Yenilenmesini istemiyorsanız yenileme tarihinden en az 24 saat önce iptal edebilirsiniz.
  • Geri yükleme: Verva'da Ayarlar > Pro > “Satın Almaları Geri Yükle” ya da Verva Pro ekranındaki “Satın alımları geri yükle”, aboneliğinizi aynı Apple Hesabıyla giriş yaptığınız cihazlarda yeniden etkinleştirir. Abonelik durumunuzun doğrulanması ve geri yüklenmesi için abonelik altyapısı sağlayıcımızdan hizmet alınır; bu kapsamda işlenen sınırlı veriler için Gizlilik Politikası'na bakın.
  • İade: Tüm ödemeler Apple tarafından alındığından iade talepleri de Apple tarafından değerlendirilir; talebinizi reportaproblem.apple.com üzerinden ya da Pro etkinken Verva'da Ayarlar > Pro > İade Talebi ile iletebilirsiniz.

3.1 Ücretsiz ve Pro

Verva'yı Pro olmadan da kullanabilirsiniz. Ücretsiz sürümde kamera ile kayıt (teleprompter dahil), zaman çizelgesinde kesme, bölme ve sıralama, hız ayarı ve hız eğrileri, metin ve etiketler, temel renk ayarları, renk seçerek yeşil ekran (chroma key), vuruş işaretleme ve tek ses parçası kullanılabilir; şablonların, filtrelerin, efektlerin, geçişlerin ve yazı tiplerinin bir bölümü de ücretsizdir. Ücretsiz sürümde dışa aktarım en fazla 1080p'dir ve videoya Verva filigranı eklenir. Klibi vuruşlara bölme, resim içinde resim (PIP) ve AI Kesim her projede birer kez ücretsiz denenebilir.

Verva Pro şunları açar:

  • 4K dışa aktarım ve filigransız çıktı; filigran yerine kendi logonuzu kullanma
  • Tüm şablonlar, filtreler, efektler, geçişler ve yazı tipleri; kendi LUT dosyalarınızı içe aktarma
  • Gelişmiş renk araçları: eğriler, HSL ve tonlama
  • Klibi vuruşlara bölme, resim içinde resim (PIP) ve AI Kesim'in sınırsız kullanımı
  • İkinci ve sonraki ses parçaları
  • Akıcı yavaş çekim
  • Anahtar kare animasyonu ve hareket ön ayarları
  • Aynı anda dikey + yatay çift kayıt

Ücretsiz ve Pro özelliklerinin kapsamı hizmet geliştikçe değişebilir; bu değişiklikler aktif abonelik döneminizde satın aldığınız haklara olumsuz biçimde uygulanmaz.

4. Kullanıcı Sorumlulukları

Verva'yı kullanırken aşağıdaki kurallara uymayı kabul edersiniz:

  • Telif hakkı uyumu: Yalnızca kendinize ait ya da gerekli lisansı aldığınız müzik, video ve görsel materyalleri kullanın. Başkasına ait telif hakkı korumalı içerikleri izinsiz kullanmayın.
  • Yasalara uygun içerik: Yasadışı, nefret söylemi içeren, taciz edici veya aldatıcı içerik üretmeyin.
  • Gerçek bilgi: Uygulamayı veya Apple'ı aldatmaya yönelik yanıltıcı bilgi vermeyin.
  • Hesap güvenliği: Apple Hesabı bilgilerinizi güvende tutun; hesabınızdaki etkinliklerden siz sorumlusunuz.

Kullanıcı, Verva ile oluşturduğu içeriğin tüm fikri mülkiyet haklarını elinde tutar. Verva, kullanıcı içeriği üzerinde herhangi bir hak iddia etmez.

5. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması

Verva, "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut haliyle" sunulmaktadır. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışma garanti edilmez. Verva, aşağıdaki durumlardan kaynaklanabilecek doğrudan ya da dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz:

  • Kullanıcı verilerinin kaybı veya bozulması
  • Geçici hizmet kesintileri
  • Kullanıcının yanlış veya hukuka aykırı kullanımından doğan sonuçlar
  • Üçüncü taraf hizmetlerindeki aksaklıklar

Her koşulda Verva'nın toplam sorumluluğu, kullanıcının son 12 ay içinde Verva için ödediği abonelik tutarıyla sınırlıdır. Yürürlükteki mevzuatın (Türkiye'de 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun dahil) tüketiciye tanıdığı zorunlu haklar bu sınırlamadan etkilenmez.

6. Apple App Store'a Özel Hükümler

Apple Inc., bu kullanım koşullarının tarafı değildir ve Verva ile kullanıcı arasındaki sözleşmeden doğan hiçbir yükümlülük altında değildir.

Bu sözleşmede aksi belirtilmedikçe, App Store'dan edinilen uygulamalar için Apple'ın Standart Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA) geçerlidir; ilgili metne apple.com/legal adresinden ulaşabilirsiniz.

  • Verva'nın bakım, teknik destek veya güncelleme sağlanmasına yönelik yükümlülük Apple'a değil, geliştiriciye aittir.
  • Yasal garanti kapsamındaki talepleri Apple değil, Verva'nın geliştiricisi karşılar.
  • Ürün sorumluluğu, fikri mülkiyet uyumu ve geçerli yasal düzenlemelere uyum yükümlülüğü geliştiriciye aittir.
  • Apple ve iştirakleri, bu sözleşmenin üçüncü taraf yararlanıcılarıdır ve koşulları size karşı uygulama hakkına sahiptir.

7. Hesap ve Veri Silme

Verva'yı kullanmak için hesap açmanız gerekmez; ad, e-posta veya şifre istenmez. Abonelik kontrolü için işlenen sınırlı, takma adlı veriler Gizlilik Politikası'nın 4. bölümünde açıklanır. Projeleriniz ve videolarınız cihazınızda tutulur. Verilerinizi silmek için:

  • Projeleri sil: Verva'da Ayarlar > Tehlikeli Bölge > “Tüm Projeleri Sil” ile projeleriniz, çöp kutusu, sürüm geçmişi, ses kayıtlarınız, içe aktardığınız renk tabloları ve kaydettiğiniz şablonlar silinir. Kendi logonuz, kaydettiğiniz renk görünümleri ve teleprompter metinleriniz dahil Verva'nın cihazınızdaki tüm verilerini kaldırmak için uygulamayı cihazınızdan silin.
  • Aboneliği iptal et: iPhone veya iPad'de Ayarlar > [adınız] > Abonelikler > Verva

Abonelik altyapısı sağlayıcımızda rastgele kimliğinizle tutulan kaydın (varsa satın alma geçmişiniz dahil) silinmesini istemek için contact@lesmazer.com adresine yazın.

8. Uygulanacak Hukuk ve Değişiklikler

Bu Kullanım Koşulları Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Taraflar arasındaki ticari uyuşmazlıklarda yetkili mahkeme İstanbul Mahkemeleri'dir.

Kullanım Koşulları zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Değişiklikler bu sayfada yayınlanır; güncel sürümü görmek için bu sayfayı periyodik olarak gözden geçirmeniz önerilir.

8.1 Tüketici Uyuşmazlıklarında Çözüm Sırası (Türkiye)

6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun çerçevesinde tüketici uyuşmazlıklarında aşağıdaki sıra uygulanır:

  1. Doğrudan iletişim: Önce contact@lesmazer.com adresine yazarak çözüm aranır (genelde 7 gün içinde yanıt).
  2. Tüketici Hakem Heyeti: Bakanlık tarafından her yıl güncellenen parasal sınırın altındaki uyuşmazlıklarda, ikametgâhınızın bulunduğu ilçe Tüketici Hakem Heyetine başvuru zorunludur.
  3. Tüketici Mahkemesi: Parasal sınır üstü uyuşmazlıklarda veya hakem heyeti kararı sonrası itirazda, ikametgâh veya tüketici işlem yerindeki Tüketici Mahkemesi yetkilidir.

8.2 Telif Hakkı ve İçerik Sahipliği

Oluşturduğunuz içerik sizindir: Verva ile düzenlediğiniz ve dışa aktardığınız videoların tüm hakları size aittir; Verva bu içerikler üzerinde hak iddia etmez ve içeriklerinizi hiçbir sunucuda barındırmaz.

Verva markasına veya uygulama içi öğelere ilişkin bir telif hakkı ya da marka ihlali iddianız varsa, iddianızı ve dayanağını contact@lesmazer.com adresine iletin; geçerli bildirimler incelenir ve doğrulanan ihlaller sonraki sürümde giderilir.

9. İletişim

1. Age Restriction

Verva is rated 4+ on the App Store. Users under 13 are recommended to use the app under parental supervision. Purchasing a paid Verva Pro subscription requires being 18 years of age or having explicit consent from a legal guardian.

2. Service Description

Verva is a short video creation and editing app for iPhone and iPad (iOS 18 / iPadOS 18 or later), developed by Lesmazer. It works with vertical (9:16), square (1:1), 4:5 and landscape (16:9) projects. Key features:

  • Camera recording with a teleprompter; simultaneous portrait + landscape dual recording
  • Multi-clip timeline editing: trim, split and reorder; merging several projects into one
  • Speed changes, speed curves and smooth slow motion
  • Filters, effects, transitions and color correction tools
  • Text and sticker layers; keyframe animation
  • Picture-in-picture (PIP) layers and green screen (chroma key)
  • Music, voiceover recording and multiple audio tracks; marking beats to the music
  • More than 320 ready-made templates
  • Export in different aspect ratios, resolutions and frame rates (24/30/60)
  • Projects, folders and trash

All video editing and processing happens on your device; Verva never uploads your videos or projects to any server.

3. Subscription and Auto-Renewal

Verva Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription offered as two plans, monthly and annual; both plans unlock the same Pro features. Prices are shown on the Verva Pro screen before you buy, at the App Store price for your country.

  • Payment: All purchases and payments are processed by Apple through the App Store; Verva never receives or stores your payment details (such as card numbers). Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase; if the plan you choose includes a free trial and you are eligible for it, payment is charged when the trial ends.
  • Free trial: If the plan you choose includes a free trial, the trial length and whether it is offered to you are shown on the Verva Pro screen before you buy. Apple determines eligibility, and each Apple Account can use the trial only once within the same subscription group. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the plan price is charged to your Apple Account when the trial ends and the subscription begins.
  • Auto-renewal: The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged to your Apple Account within the 24 hours before the period ends.
  • Cancellation and management: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time on your iPhone or iPad in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. While Pro is active, you can also tap Settings > Pro > Manage Subscription in Verva to open Apple's subscription management screen without leaving the app, where you can change your plan or cancel. After you cancel, Pro features stay available until the end of the current period.
  • Price changes: For price increases, Apple either notifies you in advance or asks for your consent, according to its rules. If your consent is requested and you do not give it, the subscription ends at the end of the last period paid at the former price; where consent is not required, the subscription renews at the new price at the next renewal after the notice. If you do not want it to renew, you can cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
  • Restore: “Restore Purchases” (in Verva under Settings > Pro, and on the Verva Pro screen) reactivates your subscription on devices signed in with the same Apple Account. Verifying and restoring your subscription status is handled by our subscription infrastructure provider; for the limited data processed, see our Privacy Policy.
  • Refunds: Because all payments are processed by Apple, refund requests are reviewed by Apple; you can submit one at reportaproblem.apple.com or, while Pro is active, in Verva under Settings > Pro > Request a Refund.

3.1 Free and Pro

You can use Verva without Pro. The free version includes camera recording (with teleprompter), trimming, splitting and reordering clips on the timeline, speed changes and speed curves, text and stickers, basic color adjustments, green screen (chroma key) by picking a color, beat marking and one audio track; part of the templates, filters, effects, transitions and fonts is also free. In the free version, export goes up to 1080p and a Verva watermark is added to the video. Split Clip at Beats, picture-in-picture (PIP) and AI Cutout can each be tried free once per project.

Verva Pro unlocks:

  • 4K export and watermark-free output; using your own logo instead of the watermark
  • All templates, filters, effects, transitions and fonts; importing your own LUT files
  • Advanced color tools: Curves, HSL and Tint
  • Unlimited use of Split Clip at Beats, picture-in-picture (PIP) and AI Cutout
  • A second and further audio tracks
  • Smooth slow motion
  • Keyframe animation and motion presets
  • Simultaneous portrait + landscape dual recording

The scope of free and Pro features may change as the service evolves; such changes will not be applied adversely to entitlements you have already purchased for your active subscription period.

4. User Responsibilities

By using Verva you agree to comply with the following rules:

  • Copyright compliance: Only use music, video, and visual materials you own or have the necessary licence for. Do not use third-party copyright-protected content without permission.
  • Lawful content: Do not create illegal, hateful, harassing, or deceptive content.
  • Accurate information: Do not provide misleading information intended to deceive the app or Apple.
  • Account security: Keep your Apple Account credentials secure; you are responsible for all activity under your account.

Users retain full intellectual property rights over the content they create with Verva. Verva makes no claim over user-generated content.

5. Limitation of Liability

Verva is provided "as is" and "as available." Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Verva shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from:

  • Loss or corruption of user data
  • Temporary service interruptions
  • Consequences of incorrect or unlawful use by the user
  • Disruptions in third-party services

In all cases, Verva's total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by the user for Verva in the preceding 12 months. Mandatory consumer rights granted by applicable law (including Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502) remain unaffected by this limitation.

6. Apple App Store Specific Terms

Apple Inc. is not a party to these Terms and bears no obligations arising from the agreement between Verva and the user.

Except as otherwise stated herein, for apps obtained from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies; you can find it at apple.com/legal.

  • Obligations regarding maintenance, technical support, and updates for Verva rest with the developer, not Apple.
  • Statutory warranty claims are addressed by the Verva developer, not Apple.
  • Product liability, intellectual property compliance, and adherence to applicable legal requirements are the developer's responsibility.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and have the right to enforce its terms against you.

7. Account and Data Deletion

You do not need an account to use Verva; no name, email or password is requested. The limited, pseudonymous data processed to check your subscription is described in Section 4 of the Privacy Policy. Your projects and videos are kept on your device. To delete your data:

  • Delete projects: In Verva, Settings > Danger Zone > “Delete All Projects” deletes your projects, the trash, version history, your audio recordings, the color tables you imported and the templates you saved. To remove all of Verva's data on your device, including your own logo, saved color looks and teleprompter scripts, delete the app from your device.
  • Cancel subscription: On your iPhone or iPad: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > Verva

To request deletion of the record our subscription infrastructure provider keeps under your random identifier (including any purchase history), email contact@lesmazer.com.

8. Governing Law and Changes

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction over commercial disputes between the parties.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Changes will be published on this page, and we recommend reviewing it periodically.

8.1 Consumer Dispute Resolution Sequence (Türkiye)

Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, consumer disputes follow this order:

  1. Direct contact: First, write to contact@lesmazer.com for resolution (typically replied within 7 days).
  2. Consumer Arbitration Committee: For disputes below the monetary threshold updated yearly by the Ministry, application to the Consumer Arbitration Committee of the district where you reside is mandatory.
  3. Consumer Court: For disputes above the threshold or appeals from arbitration decisions, the Consumer Court at the consumer's residence or place of transaction has jurisdiction.

8.2 Copyright and Content Ownership

Your content is yours: You retain all rights to the videos you edit and export with Verva; Verva claims no rights over your content and does not host it on any server.

If you believe the Verva brand or an in-app asset infringes your copyright or trademark, email your claim and its basis to contact@lesmazer.com; valid notices are reviewed and confirmed issues are fixed in the next release.
